Looking for a stock (06) engine. I have a turbo 350 and 700r4 both have to be rebuilt. Looking for help on where to start and with what. Would love to have 7 to 8 second car in a1/8 for the street. Is this possible?

Dunno much about 1/8 mile. You might wanna check out the top 1/4 times in the general forum. Autoroc was knocking on 10.99s last year...

I would recommend getting a complete dropout 06 and 4l60e. I don't see any benefit to adapting a 700r4 or 350. Mounts will be custom.
Stock computer with reflash will get you running. Lime-swap has harnesses or modify it yourself. If you need a rear sump, you'll need to weld something up...

yes, just pick up a turbo!

my car ran 7.80s in 1/8 with a stock 06 in front of a glide, but it is pretty light for a street car
